There are many hair transplant techniques, but broadly, you can divide them into FUT and FUE. FUE is the main method that can be used to extract grafts from any part of your head and body

TYPE 1 . FUT

FUT hair transplant – It is a technique in which cuts and stitches come on the back side of head. Due to this, a large linear scar comes on the back side of your head. TYPE 2. FUE and its normal modified terms

Normal FUE – Normal FUE is removing the graft from donor area with 3.5 – 5 X magnification. And Then making slits and insertion of grafts in slits. Depending on your number of grafts – grafts may remain outside your body for 2 – 5 hours . Double forceps no root touch technique is used for insertion of grafts . Beard and body hair transplant – They are also removed by FUE method but they take more time so graft cost remains high for them. Beard and body hair are used when sufficient scalp grafts are not available .

Following are modifications of normal FUE which are not mentioned in our pricing table

BIO FUE / BIO STIMULATED FUE / GROWTH FACTOR FUE / POWERED FUE – The surgical method remains like NORMAL FUE . WE DON’T CHARGE EXTRA FOR THIS METHOD so it is not mentioned in costing table. Kindly discuss it with Dr AKHILESH JANGID before surgery.
Sapphire blade FUE – You can book AKESO CHI to get this.
Needle less anesthesia – can be added in Rs 10000 but not recommended as more chances or skin bruise are there . Kindly pre order it 10 days prior to surgery

TYPE 3 . ADVANCE FUE TECHNIQUES available at AKESO

AKESO CHI – This is modified FUE in which Saphhire baldes are used for slit making and modified Choi hair implanters are used to implant hair in bald area instead of normal forceps insertion method. The holes made for this are around 25 – 30 smaller than traditional FUE insertion method. So it reduces trauma and improves blood supply . Patient can opt for 30 % higher density in same amount of trauma on your bald area. Also angles are more defined and sharper then traditional technique. One more advantage is hair transplant speed increases around 30 – 40 % . Accuracy of hair graft insertion is 20 – 30 % more precise than normal technique . DHT (DIRECT HAIR TRANSPLANT) – This advance FUE method in which we transfer hair graft from your donor area to bald area within 10 mins to 60 minutes . In normal FUE grafts may remain outside your body for 2 – 5 hours . Rest everything remains like normal FUE. It improves 10 – 15 % result in cases with large number of grafts . AKESO MAGP – AKESO MAGP is modified advance FUE which works differently then above two techniques. It is method to improve graft quality by selecting better grafts. We use microscope with 10 X – 25 X magnification to your hair grafts at time of graft removal. We try to compare grafts under microscope. We remove ( extract) grafts which have more thickness or grafts which have more number of hair. It also reduces partial transection of grafts. Graft quality can be increased 20 – 30 % transforming the results of your hair transplant. AKESO MAGP is different from other microscopic Techniques available on internet as in this technique we use microscope before and during removing graft from your donor area.
