Although hair transplant is a process which doesn’t fail completely in the expert hands, but still every scalp anatomy is different and some grafts may fail to grow. Sometimes in very rare patients, there are severe scarring tendencies in the transplant area which decrease the blood supply and cause partial failures in hair transplant surgeries. Sometimes there is some bleeding or hematomas which can prevent the growth of 100-200 grafts in a particular area. All these problems can be there even with the most expert hair surgeon.

Although we try our best that something like this doesn’t happen with your case, but if this happens, then we don’t hesitate you to give you a free of cost repair so that you don’t have to spend the money again to get the hair repairs.

There are certain terms and conditions for free of cost repairs at Akeso.

1. Patient should be in constant touch with the surgeon in past 12 months.
2. The assessments at the end of 12 months after the hair transplant should be labeled as failure of the area.
3. After 12 months, patient will get 6 months time to schedule his repair surgery. In case you are international patient then you can request extension of this time. Suppose you your 200 grafts have failed out of 3000. So, you have the choice to select a date in next 6 months to get a free of cost repair done in that particular area.
4. Suppose some patient have thin hair, but the hair growth is adequate. All the hair which have been implanted have grown satisfactorily, but because his hair is thin, so the volume less volume base being generated. He has the option to increase the density of the hair transplant in that particular like case, but that particular case will not be covered in the free of cost repairs because it is not a repair. It is the patient choice to put some additional grafts because his graft volume is lesser and he wants to enjoy more fuller density or more volume in the transplanted area.
5. There is there is no protocol of monetary refund or any other expense refund in any circumstances because we charge our professional fees for our time and effort . It is not the our intention to cause any graft failure or like failure of your process. It is a biological process and it may behave differently in every patient and you have to realize it and before undergoing the hair transplant option, you have to give consent to this particular protocol that although we will try our best as doctor and clinic to for having the maximal result, but even if it partially fails in your case, then you can get repeated treatment or correction of that thing, but we will not entertain any refund request based on that.
